It is one of the most profitable airlines in Europe.

Today Iberia Group airlines fly to 108 destinations in 42 countries. Via code-sharing agreements with other carriers, it offers flights to other additional 181 destinations. With a fleet of currently 180 aircraft, it operates about 1,000 flights each day.

Frequent Flyer Programme Iberia Plus

Iberia Plus members can earn and spend points when they fly with member airlines of the oneworld alliance or other airline partners. Car rental companies and credit cards are, as well, members of the Iberia Plus programme.

To obtain the Iberia Plus Card, just fill out the form available on the Iberia website.

Business Plus Class

Foto: IberiaIn a bid to offer more room, comfort and privacy for passengers, Iberia undertook a major overhaul of its intercontinental Business Plus class. The airline removed an entire row of business class seats in order to expand the room between rows by more than 30 cm, to 183 cm. The total personal space enjoyed by each business passenger thus exceeds 2.20 metres. The change has been effected to Iberia’s fleet of Airbus A340s, used on long-distance flights. The number of business class seats in the A340/600s is reduced from 52 to 42, and in the A340/300s from 42 to 36.

Iberia's Business Plus seating class also features the latest entertainment and communications systems. Long-distance business travellers have individual 14" touch screens and satellite telephones, laptop power and connection ports. Passengers can enjoy six interactive computer games, 12 audio channels and 26 video channels with first-run films, information about the flight, real-time images from the aircraft exterior, and a wide variety of musical options. The gourmet meal service offerings were designed by the renowned Spanish chef Sergi Arola.
